Señales initiated its transmission on 22 April of 2003 through the microphones of the XEQK the voice of the citizens in 1350 Am  every Tuesday between 6 and 7 pm. In response de El Caracol to the first summons of the Mexican Institute of Radio (IMER) to adopt shape the bar programming.

Currently the programme is transmitted every Tuesday between 5 and 6 pm on 660 AM, XEDTL The radio of the citizens with 50 mil watts of power and with an area of  3516 km2 reaching the states, Mexico State, Queretaro, Puebla, Hidalgo and Tlaxcala with and estimated audience of 19,494,692.

The purpose of educational communication is directed at women and children between  the ages of 25 and 55, between those who find themselves parents, educators the genre utilized the interview using journalistic tools such as the report, the note, testimonials and polls amongst others, the primary themes are health, education culture and a personal relations.

Invited specialists are researchers, acade3mics and members of Civil Organizations and universities who inform, orient and present the most recent information from their specialist. Young people and family members also attend to express their problems showing that also their voice is part of the solution.

But not everything is serious. The cultural part we have actors and artists who enrich the program with their viewpoint and talk about their projects.

In this way the families that listen to the programmer benefit from listening to specialists explaining and giving advice about daily life situations, through the coordination of parents and children program of community intervention. Or because not to speak about the street, young men who through the programme SOS en las calles of educational intervention are protagonists and radio listeners, thereby enforcing ties outside the streets which creates favorable changes for the uprooting from the streets.
